Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

Weeping- {Hebrew 1058 (bakah)} weep; generally to bemoan:-with tears, weep.

Morning- {Hebrew 1242 (Boqer)} day break….from {Hebrew 1239 (baqar)} inquire, search, seek out…..

In Other Words (IOW), day break comes when you inquire, search, and seek God. So the scripture is saying that weeping may abide for a night but joy comes when you inquire, search, and seek God!

*Weeping is optional, but Joy is mandatory…

*Weeping is confined to time, but Joy abides in eternity…

*Weeping is natural, Joy is spiritual…

*Joy is an eternal manifestation and by definition joy, which is gladness, proclamation, rejoicing, & triumph, comes in the morning, not the day break, which is natural, but in the seeking and searching, which is the eternal morning

IOW…Joy is not predicated on the s-u-n coming up, but is awaiting the Spirit of the S-O-N to come up on the inside of man.

I can hear David say that “if I say,  Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.” when the joy of the Lord, which is my strength, is manifested on the inside then the darkness cannot comprehend…… (take eagerly, i.e. seize, possess, apprehend, attain, overtake.” it.)

WEEPING MAY, BUT JOY COMETH

*Weeping’s length depends on when you begin the seeking process

*What determines whether weeping endures is when you stop looking for the sun and start searching for the SON, because seasons change with understanding, not with time

*When Jesus (the Pattern) prayed, He did not have to wait for time because He understood the power that was nigh Him, even in His mouth, was an eternal power.
